System SP7 Detergent
Matrix Systems has developed the Matrix SP7C Detergent concentrate to meet the specific cleaning requirements of SmogHog, Trion, and other electrostatic precipitator systems. It has been formulated to rapidly penetrate and remove the fatty and carbonized reside that accumulates on the ESP collector plates and reduce the grease that accumulates on the cabinet bottoms of these electrostatic precipitator systems.

Environmentally Friendly, Biodegradable and Non-Toxic – As a result, Matrix SP7 detergent can be shipped anywhere via UPS or other common carrier as a non-regulated material.
Aluminum Safe – While many other commercial cooking detergents slowly eat away at the aluminum ESP cells, Matrix SP7 detergent is completely aluminum safe.
Reduces Odor Causing Compounds – SP7C is also designed to scavenge the odor causing sulfur compounds, such as Hydrogen Sulfide and Sulfur Dioxide) and mercaptans–a colorless gas that smells like rotting cabbage, that are generated by the cooking process.
Convenient Packaging – The Matrix SP7C Detergent is concentrated and ships in 5-gallon pals instead of the large 55-gallon drums that other commercial cooking detergents use. This saves considerable shipping and handling cost, as well as storage space.
Available in Different Strengths – Mix one 5-gallon pail of Matrix SP7C detergent in your 55-gallon SmogHog detergent tank and fill the rest with water for light to moderate grease loading, and use two 5-gallon pails of SP7 in your detergent tank for heavy grease loading or solid fuel cooking.
