Environmentally Friendly – To minimize the effect on the environment, Matrix Systems recycles our parts washing waste water through an ultra-filtration process. We also return our used carbon odor media to our suppliers, where it is then heated, treated and recycled back into the marketplace.
Complete Service Documentation – Anytime your SmogHog unit is serviced, you receive complete documentation of the service, including service visit photos (upon request).
Removable Dust Drawers – Provides additional capacity storage and easy removal of collected particles generated by the “pulse” cleaning system.
Long Cartridge Life – Both the SCA and SCB dust collection systems use a patented pulse cleaning technology that “pulses” dust off the cartridge which keeps the airflow unobstructed and significantly extends the dust collector filter cartridge life leading to greater savings in both energy and replacement dust filtration media costs.
Quick and Easy Maintenance – The DustHog SCA and SCB uses “Quickseal” release doors to provide easy access for removing and replacing filtration media.
Many Options and Accessories – The DustHog SCA and SCB series have many options available to improve performance and meet your specific needs. Options such as fire-resistant filters, washable filters, different sizes of swing arms (for the SCB), and left or right-side airflow discharge, are just a few of the options available for your dust extraction system.
